Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at middlemen-podcast.com, subscribing to our newsletter, or joining the Middle Men Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Who We Are
Middle Men is a podcast and private paid community operated by Unmarked Media LLC, a Colorado-based limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Unmarked Media LLC.
Our Services
Unmarked Media LLC operates the following services under the Middle Men brand: The Middle Men Podcast, available on all major podcast platforms. The Middle Men Website at middlemen-podcast.com. The Middle Men Community at community.middlemen-podcast.com. The Middle Men Newsletter, delivered via email. The Middle Men Journal, published via Substack.
The Middle Men Community
Membership
Access to the Middle Men Community requires a paid monthly subscription of $10 per month, subject to any promotional pricing in effect at the time of signup. Founding member pricing of $5 per month is locked in permanently for eligible members who signed up during the founding member period using the FIRST30 promotional code.
Billing
Your membership fee is charged monthly to the payment method you provide at signup. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your monthly charge will appear on your statement as "MIDDLE MEN."
Free Trial
New members receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period if you signed up without providing a credit card. If you provided a credit card at signup, your first charge will occur after the trial period ends.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the community until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for paid membership periods except in cases of documented billing errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@middlemen-podcast.com within 30 days of the charge.
Community Guidelines and Conduct
By joining the Middle Men Community you agree to abide by our Community Guidelines, which are posted in the Start Here space. These guidelines include but are not limited to treating all members with respect, maintaining the confidentiality of what other members share, not pushing political or religious opinions on others, not ridiculing or othering members for their beliefs, interests, or lifestyle choices, and using this space for peer support, not unsolicited advice-giving.
Enforcement
Violations of our Community Guidelines may result in a warning from the community administrator, temporary suspension of your membership, or permanent revocation of your membership without a refund. We reserve the right to revoke membership at our sole discretion for conduct we determine to be harmful to the community or its members.
Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you post within the Middle Men Community, in the newsletter, or elsewhere on our platforms. By posting content, you grant Unmarked Media LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Middle Men platform.
Our Content
All podcast episodes, articles, videos, graphics, and other content produced by Unmarked Media LLC under the Middle Men brand are the intellectual property of Unmarked Media LLC and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or monetize our content without written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at middlemen-podcast.com/privacy-policy. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Newsletter
By subscribing to the Middle Men newsletter you consent to receive email communications from Unmarked Media LLC approximately every other week. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties.
Podcast and Website Content
The content produced by Middle Men — including podcast episodes, articles, and community discussions — is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in our content constitutes professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unmarked Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to the Middle Men Community, website, or podcast content.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unmarked Media LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.
Copyright Infringement — DMCA Takedown Procedure
Unmarked Media LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content posted in the Middle Men Community infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated agent at:

Your notice must include: (1) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) a description of where the allegedly infringing content is located within the community; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the member who posted it. That member may submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.
Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy to terminate the membership of any member who is found to be a repeat infringer of third-party intellectual property rights. A member who receives two or more valid DMCA takedown notices — or who we otherwise determine to be repeatedly infringing — will have their membership permanently revoked without a refund.
